On the 27th & 28th for October the Minimbah Echidna's Netball Team travelled to Newcastle to compete in the Koori Natball Knockout held in Charlestown, Newcastle. The team played 3 games on the evening of the 27th & 6 games on the day of the 28th. Out of 9 games the team only lost 3 games - stellar effort!...

The 'Looking Through Windows' team were working out in Bourke last week holding art, music and media workshops. The workshops were a success with an estimated 30 Elders and community members attending. There were representative from the 10 Nations and clan groups of northwest NSW including the Ngemba, Muruwari, Wangkumara, Kunja, Gamilaraay, Adnyamathanha, Burrabindja, Yawalaraay, Kooma and Kurnu-Baakindji. It's deadly to be supporting this project and helping create a cultural space that allows the sharing of stories, memories history and experiences....

EXC hosted a one night only exhibition in their factory down in Canberra over the weekend, ‘emerge | one’, which showcased some incredible work of local and emerging artists from the region to celebrate their relaunch. Prior to the exhibition they ran a competition looking for emerging artists. These artists each won a $500 prize in material support to help enable their practice, and there was a $500 prize announced on the night for the People’s Choice Award....
